Spinosa Costruzioni Generali Spa is sensitive to ensure fairness and transparency while conducting its business. To this end, the company chose an Organization, Management and Control Model that can be a valid tool to raise the awareness of all our stakeholders, so that they maintain a correct and linear behaviour carrying out their activities and in order to prevent the risk of committing crimes.
\nIn order to supervise the implementation of this model, the Board of Directors has appointed a Supervisory Authority who\u2019s in charge of verifying its effectiveness and compliance over time.<\/p>\n
